Our studio hours are posted on the "Contact" page and our class schedule lists all the available class times. You must call ahead to register for class or to arrange for an Individual Session on the mat!  Click on the link below to register online!

  "The Real" Pilates Mat Classes - 55 minutes

Studio style classes with extreme attention to detail and proper alignment. If you have never taken Pilates at a studio specializing in Pilates you may be missing some very important information that typical gym classes and videos don't or fail to inform you of.

  • Learn the classical AND contemporary versions of the Pilates exercises

  • Basic Skeletal Imagery
  • Basic Stabilization
  • Introduction to implementing the Pilates principles

  Intermediate Pilates Mat - 55 minutes
  • Includes all the learned exercises in Level I plus...
  • Increased level of focus and concentration
  • Slightly faster paced

  Advanced Pilates Mat w/Standing Pilates- 55 minutes
  • Experiential Anatomy

  • Learn proper muscle recruitment

  • Non-stop movement for the duration

  • Very challenging!

Individual Pilates Sessions

A private Pilates lesson on the apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, Low Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and accessory equipment. Tailored to individual needs, ideal for post-rehab, specific conditions, high performance needs (athletes, dancers, etc.), or if you want to know what Pilates is really all about!

Duo Pilates Sessions on Apparatus

Same as for an Individual Session but time is shared with a second person. Each individual works on their own equipment.

 

   
  Coordination Patterns Training

This is the "Ultimate Warm-up" to:

  • enhance your use of any exercise or body practice and increase your ability to relax and handle stress.
  • enhance your use of style and intelligence, improve your performance both mental and physical, prevent injury and increase mobility of joints.
  • enhance the use of all your skills

This class is taught by world renowned movement researcher and originator of Coordination Pattern Training, Betsy Wetzig.

These are the words of Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates believed in perseverance and self-discipline to attain each individual’s version of their ideal body, not only superficially but in function and reliability as well. Time and effort spent in pursuit of this goal is an important aspect of the method. Purchasing books, videos and even classes and sessions is not advantageous without the perseverance to commit to a practice or regimen.
