Thoughts and Ideas: There
is never enough time to devote to the things that are really good for us that
require work, and that we aren’t paid for. We all have good intentions for our
physical and mental well-being and maybe occasionally we act upon them, but
not in the manner that will give us the results we want. Pilates was speaking
of the uniform development of the entire body, to include keeping all of the
organs as close to their normal natural condition as possible. To be able not
only to work more proficiently, but also to have sufficient energy in the
evenings to relax and engage in other recreational activities with passion
and enthusiasm. |
