Please note: When purchasing class cards please be sure to keep track of your class attendance and you make use of all the time available to you. All Class Cards have an expiration date and any unused time is not refundable. At the time of purchase you will be issued a card that is valid for a specified number of weeks and can be used for any class on our current schedule. For Individual Sessions, an appointment is necessary. *Please note: *When purchasing the unlimited plans on this page, Symmetrical Energy Arts offers the choice of prepaying the entire amount at the time of purchase (for the length of the agreed to commitment) with either cash, check or credit card. As a second option, if you choose to purchase with a credit card we can arrange to charge your credit card each month on a recurring basis for the agreed to time period. (Note: Please keep in mind that all plans require a commitment to the length of time agreed to). Choosing the recurring payment method will necessitate signing an agreement form that gives us permission to charge your card without your presence. Please understand that once a commitment is purchased, SEA will charge your card for the number of times indicated on your agreement form and all monies are non-refundable. SEA will only charge your card once per month for the monthly amount indicated. Remember that these plans do require a commitment based on the plan chosen. All plans require a no cancellation commitment for the length of time agreed to. Our monthly commitment plans for unlimited Pilates classes are a GREAT value if you exercise your option to attend as many times as possible. Not only will you be lowering your per class price by attending frequently, but you will substantially benefit from the services we provide. No other discounts apply to credit card purchases. Prepayment and signed agreement are required on some options on this page.

There is never enough time to devote to the things that are really good for us that require work, and that we aren’t paid for. We all have good intentions for our physical and mental well-being and maybe occasionally we act upon them, but not in the manner that will give us the results we want. Pilates was speaking of the uniform development of the entire body, to include keeping all of the organs as close to their normal natural condition as possible. To be able not only to work more proficiently, but also to have sufficient energy in the evenings to relax and engage in other recreational activities with passion and enthusiasm.
